Horrible service!! We had a one o'clock appointment with the groomer, who happens to be the bosses daughter, we show up at one and she is 2 towns away! Hesitant to leave our animals, they insisted they called her and she was on her way. 4 hours later, I call to see if they are done yet and the receptions say the groomer makes her own hours, and they dnt knw the status. Alarmed, we leave and go to the vet... They left them in there small kennels for 4 hours with NO water in the 90 degree spring and simply said... The groomer hasn't came yet. Absolutely furious and will never let anyone I knw put there animals through this. To add to it all, this place was filthy.
