I have been going to this clinic with my pets for many years. The staff is so caring but always professional - a delicate balance. I NEVER feel rushed, I never feel judged and I always get thorough answers to my questions. Won't go anywhere else!

We have been going to this clinic since 1971 when we moved to Stittsville. At the time it was owned by Drs Randall and Coute. They were so caring and had a small town friendliness and wisdom that we enjoyed. We continued to love the clinic when Dr Bennett purchased it and brought on several full time and part time veterinarians including Dr Randall Jr . There is always an atmosphere of love and the joy of sharing life with animals from ALL the staff. They have been like family to us as, over the years, we have loved and lost so many cats, dogs, hamsters, rats, and frogs. But so many lives have been saved to live longer lives with us: a cat who ate styrofoam had emergency surgery that saved his life, a hamster had a tumour removed, and most recently they called in a specialist who successfully performed nasal surgery and saved the life of a very sickly kitten. She is full of life and such a joy now. We are excited to meet new owners Drs McKenna and Gallagher. Go! SSAC !!

We have been going to this clinic for thirty years and have been extremely satisfied with the present and previous staff. Dr. Bennett has been thorough, professional and compassionate. We have had to have two precious pets euthanized within a thirty day span and the staff were amazing. They were caring, sensitive and and knowledgeable when helping us through this very difficult time.

I have been going to this clinic with family cats since I was a kid. I now live in town and continue to make the drive, much to my cats chagrin. They have a wonderful, caring staff. Dr. Bickerton always takes the time to talk about any concerns. I have never felt rushed during a visit. All the staff are genuine happy to see you and your pets. Very lovely and friendly small town vet clinic. They were a huge help when my cat have a blockage. Much more helpful and understanding, not to mention affordable, than the large emergency clinics in town.
