I never thought I would have negative words about a place that I've been coming to with my pets for 20 years. But here I am. I just can't believe it.
After 20 years you turned away a patient in distress, she needed your help and fast. The 2 young ladies that contacted you needed your help. There was no way she was making it to Dartmouth and they knew that, that’s why they called you for help.
I can’t express enough how extremely disappointed I am with how my girls were treated. Although Abby didn’t spend a lot of time visiting the vet, (she was a healthy dog) she wasn’t just a dog off the street, she was your patient. A patient in extreme respiratory distress. Shame on you for saying no, for refusing to help a patient. Any why? Because you were short a doctor? Really- my daughter begged you to help her. Imagine how she felt watching the pet she grew up with suffer in pain :(

We've consistently been charged substantially more than the quoted amount for standard items. When the receptionist saw my husband and I looking confused in regards to the bill, she asked if I had a question about it (after it was paid). I informed her that the amount was much higher than was quoted. I was told the vet tech would explain the charges. From there we were met with defensiveness and hostility. The vet tech did say that we were overcharged, but gave irrelevant reasons we should be happy. She spoke to me in a condescending manner, berated me, and acted as though she wouldn't give my dog to me as if I were refusing to pay the bill (which had already been paid). We just wanted our dog safely returned so we could leave and never return. My husband and I were very uncomfortable being stuck in a room with this technician. Dr. Hare then came into the room, to accuse me of treating his technician badly. Our family will not be back.

Facility has relocated to another location in the same strip mall. This is great news as the old location was somewhat cramped and out of date.
