Bait and switch artists. Teeth cleaning estimate for 800 actual bill was 1700. They rip you off and make you feel like a bad pet parent. The hourly rate is too high. Its all about the money

We had been going to this vet clinic for years and used to get decent service. However, that all changed when our dog developed terminal cancer. While the staff would phone years ago to see how he was doing when he had an ear infection or sore paw they never phoned to check how he was doing when he developed cancer. We had him euthanized six weeks ago but still haven't received a phone call. To add insult to injury we just got an e-mail reminder that he should come in for his wellness check-up and rabies shot. Service was also lousy when I went to pick up pain medicine and needed some advice and the vet did not even bother to talk to me. It's all about the money!

Dr. Susan Nguyen and Dr. Martin Schiebel of Mayfield Vet Clinic are very competent and compassionate veterinarians. They worked with our family to help our senior german shepherd to alleviate her arthritis suffering and dental problems. Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Schiebel are both very attentive, patient, and knowledgeable clinicians. They spent very substantial time understanding our dog's problems, working patiently (without rushing) to treat her ailments, and then spending more time explaining and mentoring us about our pet's needs. Their vet fees are at the higher end of the spectrum, but they have won our family's trust. Definitely two vets who represent their profession with compassion and competency!

Dr Sidie and her staff are knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate. Have had a dog and cats cared for here for years and have always been impressed with the quality of care.
