They are heartless, threatening to hold my dead dog in their freezer until the cremation bill was paid. This was right before the final needle to put her out of her pain. (She had inoperable cancer) We were Clients 20 yrs. and Always paid our bill. This was a Guide Dog as well. Then they were going to let her be cremated but keep her ashes until the bill was paid! Heartless Vet Clinic owners. Overcharges as well. Good Vets, but corporation is out for only money! Facilities are very clean. Except for the holding our Guide Dog's body hostage, we had good care but after 20 years and new ownership, we were kicked in the teeth. Friends paid this bill so we could get our dog's body back. (Ashes) We did not have the $350.00 for cremation at that time. We will never get over this hurt.
