Extremely poor service my little kitten went in to get spayed, came home in a coma seizures. Called the dr he did not offer any help or advice. He said if she needed to be put down that he would do it at no charge just to give him a call at anytime. I called on Sunday her pain seizures cryies Howls was unbearable to her. Now he tells me that it's going to be another 150 $ to put her down. I live on a small pension already spent hundreds poor kitty had to suffer die in agony. Requested medical Documents were filled with inconsistencies & lies.

Clinic looked a little run down but not too bad. No vet tech to help with the exams/prep vaccines so my appointment for 4 dogs took 2 hours. I tried this clinic because I am new to the city and it was one of the least expensive. I saw Dr. Rohit Chhabra, he was fairly impersonal and not interested in small talk at all. I was extremely unimpressed with his knowledge of vaccination protocols. He told me my newest dog, who had an unknown vaccination history, only needed one DAPP vaccine and no booster - this would be virtually useless if the dog hasn't received a booster in the past, and he insisted that I just need to booster next year. I'll be taking my dog to another clinic for his booster vaccine in 3 weeks... He was also unfamiliar with Heartworm treatment protocols, which isn't prevalent in this area, but he should still understand how a commonly used dewormer works. I will never go back here and will definitely pay more to go to another clinic with better educated staff.
