they were so accommodating with their schedules for my 17 year old sick cat. Top notch service, compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and skillful. Greatly appreciated their expertise!

Staff just sold my husband a 6 month supply of Revolution and told him that it was a 12 month supply! The 6 month supply she sold him also was not for his weight class dog is 52 lbs she handed him doses for dogs weighing a maximum of 42 lbs! When I called about it, the staff who answered the phone said that they only sold packages in 6 doses one per month and that was all they carried. Another staff member called back and claimed on the message that "6 doses were one year's supply and that Revolution was not offered in a larger pack, that each dose does two months" 6 doses costs $ 137. plus cad! I could have gotten it for less a 800petmed but VET refused to provide a prescription that a sale would go to a competitor! Dr. Yates is a great vet but some of his staff are terrible, extremely rude and stuck up.
