If you are having an emergency I strongly suggest GO ELSEWHERE!!! I paid almost $500 for my visit, the doctor spoke with me no more than 2mins total for the entire 2hrs I was there. He was rushing, inpatient, and had bad manners acting frustrated to answer any of my questions rushing to move on to the next patient. The discharge papers were not written clearly on what had happened so that my vet could make a well informed decision at my follow up visit then I spent an entire week trying to contact the surgeon at the ER to clarify his instructions and was told he was out of town and they couldn't make him call back to answer my concerns,the staff treated me with disrespect speaking over me and sarcastic, they showed me no compassion, refused to help give me info on how to file a formal complaint or how to reach a supervisor and instead they stated they were directed not to speak with me and wouldn't tell me why or by whom and then hung up on me after stating to figure it out myself.
