I highly recommend Heritage Pet Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Travis Einertson and Dr. Laura Toddie are the best, and the vet techs there as well as the receptionists are the best. We have taken our dogs there for 13 years approximately now and have had nothing but positive. They care about each and every single pet as if it was their own, and they treat each situation individually. They have up to date equipment and are newly remodeled, and I can't think of a better place to take my pets. Because we have lost four pets to death (liver cancer, liver cirrhosis, severe anemia and a tracheal collapse) it was hard on us, but they also helped us tremendously through the grieving process and did everything possible to help before we had to either put the pets to sleep or bring them up for creamation as two passed away at home after care. There were tears from the staff and vets as well as from us. It is mutual, we all love pets.

Dr. Einertsom is incredibly kind and knowledgible. He always calls to follow up after seeing one of my animals, and even called to check on them after my dog went to the emergency vet (the office called three times to just make sure he was ok). Great staff, pricey, but worth it.

I got to Dr. Einertson there, and he has always been so great with my dogs. I had a iabetic, blind female at one time, and always made time for us when we needed help, even on an emergency, he would work us in. Always checked in on her at home to see how she was also. He is the best. I not only think of him as our Vet, but also a friend. Very caring and kind and sympathetic. I can honestly say that I thoght he loved my dogs. Even when I see him out of the office setting, he always asks how they are. My pups love him too. Also, Dr. Tottie there is great too. We have seen her on occassion when our regular one was on vacation. I highly recommend this clinic. Very caring.
