Click to report rating    10/2/22   5     5     5     5   I've been coming here since 2009. I have nothing but Great Respect for All the Staff! All the receptionists are Amazingly Nice and Caring. Very Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful every time. I recommend to everyone I know!! Dr. Kristina McLaren is so Caring and helpful. She goes above and beyond her duties and it shows that she cares about her furry patients and their parents. Her Support and knowledgeable advice helped me through a Very difficult time with my most Precious Best Friend. Don't know how I would've went through it without Dr. K. McLaren. A Genuine Thank you!! Click to report rating    2/5/15   5     5     5     5   The doctors and vet assistants are extremely kind. One of the vets (mine) doesn't have the greatest people skills but he's not rude or anything. It's OBVIOUS he simply cares much more about the animals. My baby was removed from two medications (that the previous vet put him on) which one caused the liver damage so he had to be on the other. So with another blood test and confirming with a specialist, Dr Scarlet got my baby off his Addison's medication. And off the liver damage pills. Now my kid is in perfect heatlh (okay, he's still got extreme separation anxiety) but I was recommended a fantastic behaviourist and it's going great. This man saved my kid from having years of his life ripped away with expensive pills he didn't need at all. I will never goto a different vet and I will recommend him to everyone who has a pet. The vet assistants are amazing as well. They remember you when you come by and even ask you how your pet is doing. I will forever stay with this vet clinic. RID: 55781
