This vet was terrible. My cat was having issues peeing and his urine culture came back clear. They suggested we test his kidneys amongst other things. I took him to another vet for a second opinion and she immediately told me if he had kidney issues it would show in the culture so it must be below his bladder. Turns out he had phimosis. On top of that the staff is incredibly rude and does not tell you what they are testing exactly. The vet also did not engage or let my kitten feel safe. How do you have a 4 month old kitten in your clinic and you don't even pet it. Do not recommend this place at all.

will never be going back here. I am legally Blind and have a working dog.
I took her in to get some Vax's and shots for her. The Dr informed me that she needs to come back for her follow up shots and was told it was very busy in the clinic and they will call me with the appointment. I called back in the spring to follow up when i can expect my appointment and they told me i missed it. They never called or emailed and i now have to start the regiment of shots all over costing me alot of money. THEIR lack of organization and communication failures resulted in this. I tried to forgive and move on and was willing to pay again for more shots, At the first Appointment my vet realizing i had special needs responded to my question about cutting her nails (Because i am legally blind) She said "You do not need to make an appointment, just bring her in" Well i called yesterday and was told they were busy and preferred i come in another day which i did today and the gentlemen at the front told m

Most of their staff is wonderful, and so cheerful! However, I find a few members of the staff are a little high nosed at times. Overall though, the place is always clean, and welcoming.

My cat has been to several clinics and this is by far the best. Their staff are amazing! I love that they have taken a stance on de-clawing.My cat's first vet tried to pressure me into declawing which is why they are no longer his vet. Dougie has been treated at the Halifax Vet Clinic for a sever urinary blockage, pneumonia, and dental work and I have been nothing but pleased with the care he has received. During the urinary blockage treatment they were patient with me and gave me a few days to come up with the payment. I have also brought in a stray that was in terrible condition and they examined her and de-flead her at no cost because they genuinely care about the health of animals.I will never take Dougie any place but here :)
