Our 12 yr old cat had to be put down. The vet James Wood was quick and cold. Not knowing what to expect and told us the procedure which seemed very confusing and hurtful (which it was not :) ) When i asked him a question he told me "if I didn't want to do his type of procedure than go somewhere else" I didnt want our family or cat to suffer anymore so I stayed. I wish I would of left. When all was said and done, not even 2 mins of my cats passing, as we were saying our goodbyes and crying he came back in the room, clapped his hands and said "well" I knew that meant he wanted us to leave. We felt so rushed. He had a waiting room full of ppl. I think there is only one room. If his office is not equiped to do this procedure and give the family of beloved animals the needed time to say goodbye, then DON'T book people in, or maybe at the beginning or the,and of the day. If your new to this vet, do yourself a favour end run. Trust me you'll be glad you did. Worst bed side manners ever..

Wonderful Vets. Have been going there for almost 2 years now and I only received the best of care for my pup. The doctors really care and really want what is best. They are reasonably priced and always make time.

We took our beloved 14 year old dog here to her to have her euthanized. It was an excruciating decision. We were horrified at the way things were done and to this day regret taking her to this clinic .As we were preparing for the final few minutes with our beloved pet,the secretary was walking back and forth through the room completely ignoring us-no compassion whatsoever. We were told that we needed to hurry because the vet was behind schedule. The vet himself didn't seem to care either. We wanted her cremated and when the "truck" pulled up,we had to carry her through the waiting room ourselves and past people waiting for their pets to be seen.It was an experience I will never forget. We just had our cat euthanized in Ottawa and it was a completely different experience. The staff was compassionate and sensitive and we were given as much time as we needed, in a private room, to go through this difficult process. So things can be done differently.I would NOT recommend this business.

Small country clinic with devoted caring staff. We were new patients a year ago and they took us immediately. Have been back twice and experienced the same loving care with affordable fees and no push towards unnecessary expensive procedures.

Have taken many pets there for years - always good service - tell you like it is - and rates are good - don't overcharge.

I love this clinic. Dr.Brian Harrison is very honest and compassionate with my pets. Their prices are affordable unlike the other clinics in my area.
