I came in with my dog who had a uterus infection. I was told that the starting surgery could run me about $5,000.00. As a single mother I cannot afford this so I had to make the choice to put my dog down. She was with my two sons and myself for nine years. As it was a very sad time for me, I appreciated how your staff helped me through this situation. Thank you guys very much!

So I just left another vet down the street because I felt like I was being scammed every time I went in. I came to the Dixie Rd clinic and I am so glad I did! The doctor was fantastic and so was the staff. They were really nice, patient, listened to all my concerns and didn't charge me any hidden fees or make any unnecessary recommendations. I am so happy with this place!

I have nothing but great things to say about this vet clinic. All of the staff is very welcoming and caring and they took such great care of my fur baby when she was there to be spayed!! The clinic has a nice homey feel to it and I could tell they really cared about my pet and not just the money.

Brought my rescue Bumpkin to this clinic because I had heard from a friend that the vet was good. I saw Dr. Yanada. He was thorough and very professional. Treated my dog for a UTI. My rescue is people shy, but he took to Dr. Yanada very nicely. I am glad I found this place. I recommend this clinic!

My Zeppelin absolutely loves this clinic. I have never known an animal to be happy to go to the vet. You can feel the love for animals as soon as you walk through the door. Anytime I have had to bring my Boxer in for medication, health concern it's nothing but a great experience. I really appreciate how they do not push procedures on the pet parents, especially if they're not necessary. I also love how they call you the next day to check up on your fur baby (ies) if they're sick. You can feel the genuine care and concern all of these doctors and techs have for our little babies! Will not go to any other vet!!!!

Top Reviews 4 A Reason. I was lucky enough to trust my instincts and take my dog for a 2nd opinion the day she was to be having emergency surgery for a diagnoses which was inaccurate. I made the call earlier morning, I was in a panic as I wasn't sure what I should do about my baby, Melissa ( their reception ) took charge of the call and calmed me down, got all information needed & luckly squeezed me in within hours. I met Dr Swan and discussed my concerns, she wasn't convinced that my baby had pyometra and gave me reasonable options. I decided to do the surgery as I felt confident that my dog would be in the best hands, Dr Swan made me feel confident that she would be ok. Even though she didn't end up having pyometra she still would of needed the surgery at some point, because the surgery was less complicated, the bill was reduced over half, which SHOWS the staff here are HONEST, I will return with my other two dogs and recommend to every pet owner I know. Thank you all so much

I love this vet clinic. You can always trust Dr. Yamada to give you an honest assessment on your pet's condition. He is also not afraid to consult with other doctor's if there is something he is not sure of in a rare case. My dog Zoey the Puggle loves the staff at Dixie Road Pet Clinic. She pulls to the road and can't wait to get inside to say ‘hi’ to everyone. The staff is friendly, considerate and accommodating.

Dr. Yamada is the most well informed vet I have ever met. He is extremely knowledgeable and offers me detailed information and advice for my dog. He is kind and gentle with my dog and most of all I feel that I can trust him to offer the best advice for my dog. I am going to follow him wherever he goes until he retires! :)

After being a resident in Brampton for many years and having visited numerous vets, I can finally say I have found a complete care facility for my chocolate lab, Cricket. I trust Dr. Yamada completely with her care, knowing he provides excellent cost effective service proven my two major surgeries; one for a growth removal and the other for an abscessed tooth. You will not regret your visit to this superb health care team.

Our pets have been with Dr. Yamada since 2000. They have been with me and my little fury guys through many, many unforeseen circumstances. Dr. Yamada and the staff took good care of my little Tazman when he got very ill they were very caring, supportive& understanding even after Tazman passed away. When my other little guy Sparky got very ill, Dr, Yamada and his staff took good care of him and is still taking good care of Sparky, Rocky, Cujo and Apollo today. All my little guys’ thank you and we all trust Dr.Yamada’s past and present staff we would not go anywhere else. Thank you Guys!!!

Very happy to have Dr. Yamada back and also to see familiar faces like Dr. Goudas and Daniela. The Dixie Road Pet Clinic Grand Opening was spectacular. It was exciting to be able to explore behind the scenes and meet fellow pet owners! The hospital is gorgeous! Dr. Yamada, his team and volunteers did an incredible job with the renovations! Ihave trusted Dr. Yamada and his amazing staff with the care and well being of my pets for years, and will continue to do so for years to come! I confidently recommend this pet hospital to all of my friends, family and colleagues!
