My four dogs have always been very well treated and cared for here at Okotoks Vet Clinic. Dr. Gerrow is a very compassionate and knowledgeable vet who I trust completely. The staff is always great to deal with and caring. We are very appreciative that this clinic is in our town.

The staff here are knowlegeable, kind, patient and respectful. I never felt pressured into purchasing anything nor did I feel negatively judged for any of the services that I selected for my senior dog. The clinic is clean, organized (not cluttered) and it was easy to locate among the box stores. I've had my dog treated for services ranging from dental cleaning to knee surgery and I feel that he's had excellent care. I appreciated being kept informed of progress following sugeries, by telephone. Finaly, for every single visit, I have been quoted half of the cost of the service compared to city clinic quotes and ended up paying less than the quote. Fantastic clinic!d

Loving my experiences at this clinic. Staff is friendly and helpful. Vets are knowledgeable and spend the time to really explain what is necessary for care. I would recommend this place to anyone. I truley felt they took care of all our needs

I didn't even go in for an appointment as the receptionist on the phone deterred me from ever going in! I called to ask a few prices and was put on hold 6 different times and the receptionist had no clue how to answer my questions. Not taking my animal to a place that can't even handle answering my questions!
