Your survey doesn't ask about quality of service/care which is more important to us. Staff is polite; the facility is fine; they were punctual - none of these questions address quality of care. Price is secondary but high when charging people to "learn" (make mistakes) that cost our pets in pain and suffering as well as draining our pocket books. Specifics - Our puppy had surgery. She had such severe razor burns, they scabbed and caused her more discomfort than the actual surgery. Staff seemed unconcerned/offered no treatment options to reduce discomfort. Fortunately I have a vet in the family (not in the city) who helped. As well, overmedication resulted in a need for drug reversal - puppy suffered, I was charged - vet college received education opportunity. Surgery was more invasive due to first year resident's inexperience - longer under anesthetic; more drugs; more cost; more healing time. Also not a fan of your closed door policy. Wow - Can't wait until we have other options!!!
