This vet would not help us or care for our fur baby if we did not agree to do all that she asked. We could not afford the full panel of work up and for this she said we’d need to go elsewhere. We tried to reason with her and applied for a loan that could only cover the portion of it but that wasn’t good enough for them. All or nothing. My way or the highway attitude. Find more money. With 5 kids that wasn’t an option. They delayed getting back to us then wasn’t there for a day so our pet suffered in pain for days. Not only was she sly passive aggressive, she was very demeaning. Would only assist if we agreed to pay double compared to the other local vet for same assistance. The staff is so ignorant with attitude and not friendly at all. I apologize for anyone who goes there and gets the same experience. GO TO Beaverhill! The vet and techs and clerks are way nicer and accommodating at Beaverhill! half the price. Much more compassionate then this facility. What a disgrace to animals ca
