Very friendly staff! The staff has had high turnover but that is normal in that industry. Always fit me in no matter what the time or how busy they are! I know my dog is having the best care possible when I take him here! I don't hide behind a webpage to complain, I've called them if there was an issue and its always made right!

prices are lower then Calgary, but so is the service - I would rather pay more then have the doctor snap at me and treat me like I am an idiot. His technicians were rude as well - overall - not impressed with the clinic and will be returning to a Calgary clinic

Found the younger dr very rude and judgemental. Receptionist was too preoccupied with her other staff members to wait on me properly. Don't recommend this clinic.

I brought a very sick calf in - she pretty much died on the floor but thanks to Dr. Bourque's quick thinking and his wonderful staff, they brought her back and saved her life! I would highly recommend this clinic and their staff to anyone!
