friendly personal.No specific person to answer calls! tried calling 4 times in the afternoon and got no answer.My Old dog was brought there at 9:30am because he was to have a biopsy done on a large 'tumor' on his leg around noon. 2-3-4 o'clock...NO calls...I kept calling with no answers.They closed at 5:30pm and here it is 5pm.so I went up there. They told me 'they were running behind and Buddy was just going back now"and they were 'sorry' they didn't call with any updates. they said it would now take about an hour. I had no choice to wait... an hour later I get up there..they didn't have time to get to him! What the he!!... so my old dog sat kenneled ALL day with no food or water! and they didn't even get to him!!!no biopsy.... I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK THERE! They can't even schedule things right up there.They do not seem interested in your animal. I'm very upset with them!
