I took my cat in cause he was sick and Dr. Christina and her staff took such great care of him. He is home and doing great! I highly recommend this clinic. They are friendly and super helpful.

I took my male cat in to get fixed. Was very impersonal service, poor communication, I was constantly repeating myself to the vet. The Vet was trying to sell me one thing after another. I arrived to pick him up and had questions for the vet, where was she? Nowhere to be found. 2 and 1/2 hours left to close and she was gone. When I brought him home he was having difficulty breathing! It lasted for days, turns out he got sick from whatever else she possibly did to him. When I called another animal hospital and told them the situation, they said it was very unusual for those symptoms to occur. If you love your pet I suggest you take them elsewhere.

Over priced, my pet taken away & all things done to him alone in the back, doctor comes out & spends 2 minutes with me & that was it!! Front staff are VERY COLD. Over all very unpleasant, different doc every time, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

We were extremely pleased with the care we received for our dogs with Dr. Christina Karkanis and her Staff. The atmosphere and staff were exremely professional and we found Dr. Christina to be an extremely caring and compassionate vet who makes you feel that your pet is the most important pet in the world. We would highly recommend her and the staff at Bay City Animal Hospital.
