not be using their services any more. They're always canceling when your literally at the door for an appointment you booked weeks in advance,they just want to push for extra test that are unnecessary,LORA is just a headache, very unprofessional, rude and likes to give everyone a very self-righteous attitude,very off putting, many people that I introduced to this clinic have voiced their displeasure of her, getting a hold of the clinic when she's on shift is nearly next to impossible,she is very quick to over charge you with the bill. If you go & LORA is in make sure to double check what your bill. One time I was called back to have to redue my litters vaccine because the wrong ones were administered to them. Luckily no harm came to them,non the less, this clinic is more about the money then actually caring for our pets. DONT GO TO THEM, save your money and go to a vet that cares and where the staff is professional and friendly.. in other words NO LORA! Save your self the headache.

Dr Ashok is too rough with kittens and seems arrogant, I don’t like the fact that he takes your pet into another room so you can’t see what he is doing. He doesn’t seem trustworthy and I would not bring any animal too see him

I do cat rescue and use this clinic a lot. Dr. Ashok is able to handle many cases that other vets won't go near (dental, eye surgery, ear surgery, orthopedic). He has excellent diagnostic skills as well. Dr. Sandeep is very good too, I just don't see him very often. Their staff is always pleasant.

We recently had two visits to this hospital for our new puppy and were very impressed with their prompt, courteous and effective service. The staff is very helpful and the facility very clean. In our first visit we met Dr. Sandeep, who conducted the vaccination and examination in very short time. In our second visit we had to go there due to a sudden problem; we met Dr. Ashok, who, again, performed the diagnosis very promptly and prescribed remedy. We found him very experienced and confident. He also gave us useful tips in keeping a puppy healthy.

Our family was in need of a new vet for our dog Lola. After researching all the different options we found the New Street Animal Hospital. Right from the start we knew this clinic was the right place for us, the Team at the clinic showed us and Lola that they cared. Dr. Sandeep spent a lot of time with us getting to know Lola and her medical history. Some of her health issues are ongoing and he ensured that he understood her situation so he could provide the best treatment. Recently, she had had an ongoing severe ear infection. Dr. Sandeep provided us a detailed treatment which has allowed her ear to fully heal. Dr. Sandeep' s approach is kind and caring, he invests time in each visit and answers all questions we have. The services that are provided give great value and the pricing is extremely reasonable. We are very appreciative to Dr. Sandeep and the the Team at the New Street Animal Hopsital for the care and kindness they show and we highly recommend them to family and friends.

Went to this clinic after I thought my cat swallowed a toy and he hadn't pooped in a couple days; the Dr. promptly took an X-ray, confirmed that one of his toys was in his intestines, and gave me advice that before jumping to surgery we should try laxatives and petroleum jelly for a couple days to see if that works, and if not then we'll do the surgery. They could've gouged me like a lot of other clinics and jumped to the expensive surgery route, but didn't, and the next day my cat pooped out the toy no problem. Fantastic experience with the staff and very smart and honest doctor!

My cat Charlotte has been suffering with ear discharge for 6 years and countless meds by the previous Vets to no satisfaction. Dr. Devshee recommended surgery and found two tumours obstructing her ear. She is 8 weeks on the mend the care all three Vets gave her and the level of compassion I felt is unmatched by any other clinics I have dealt with in 40 years of being a pet owner of cats/dogs. Thanks to the office staff who worked me in for check ups with Charlotte. Highly recommended. Marsha Armstrong

I've brought my cat here twice (I think he saw a different vet each time) but I was really happy with the care he received. The staff were very friendly and treated him well and the vet examined my cat right in front of me and spoke to me about what was going on and how to treat the cat. I would definitely recommend this animal hospital

My niece recommended this clinic when my cat had an emergency. She had been to two other clinics with her cat but found a solution at this clinic. I was impressed with the vets and appreciated their care and concern. The office staff are nice.I dealt with Amanda snd she is lovely!!

Friendly, helpful, quality, knowledgeable staff and an awesome vet. I paid half of what I thought I would pay for the services my cat received. My cat was so comfortable there she fell asleep on the examining table which she has never done before. Animals can sense good people and a good environment. I highly recommend this clinic.

This clinic has great prices for the services that they do. The assistant, technicians and even their volunteers had great mannerism, knowledge and they even mentioned to me that after hours their phone gets connected to the dr's personal cell phone so i can talk to him directly if an emergencey happens and if i don't know whether i should go to emerge or wait or if i can come to the clinic (which they will come to the clinic if need be) Also they do much more then they have to do! they take their time to get to know you and your pet and try to make a good experience for you and your pet, Like they did with me and my boy.they go up and beyond! We are happy that we switched clinics.

We recently switched vets and have been very impressed with New Street Animal Hospital. We are never waiting for our appointment which we were always doing at the last vet. The staff is very friendly, facility is very clean and their hours are AMAZING. We had a nail cutting accident at 8am and raced the dog up to the office and they brought us right in...fantastic!
