RID: 47797
Click to report rating    2/14/13   1     4     4     2   VERY disappointed! Decided to go to this vet because it was much closer and would put less stress on my old cat. Bad idea and will never go back. I don't know about the other vets but Dr. Martin couldn't even find that fleas was the problem. She misdiagnosed my cat and it cost me a lot of money, which I feel like I was robbed. What vet can't find fleas?? Needs much more training and experience. RID: 40421
Click to report rating    6/12/12   4     5     5     3   I don't agree with some of the reviews posted here. Dr. McGrath and Dr. Martin are always friendly and always take time to liste and answer our questions and concerns. The only thing I don't really like is that I think they charge too much for short abd simple follow ups, but other than that I find McGrath and his team really professional. RID: 34931
Click to report rating    5/7/12   1     2     3     1   I did not have a very good experience at this clinic. I just got my dog's yearly vaccines and supposedly yearly exam - the vet only looked at her teeth (only because he wanted to sell a cleaning) did not listen to her heart, did not look in her ears, did not even touch her..did not check for anything at all.. I felt like I was in a used car dealership dealing with a salesman looking to make a fast buck! I will never go back! RID: 34069
Click to report rating    4/24/12   5     5     5     5   We have two dogs and Dr McGrath and his staff are always professional. Just like one of the previous comments, our dogs are very relaxed when they go in the clinic. Clean and odorless. Dr McGrath alwys gives us options as to what he recommends for treatment. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. The best way is to go see for yourself with or without your pet. RID: 33730
1/28/12   5     5     5     5   Excellent service. RID: 31854
Click to report rating    2/2/11   5     5     5     5   I disagree with one of the previous comments. Dr. McGrath has always been ver good with my pets, always petting them and explaining all the procedures to me. As well, he did not encourage me to get my cat declawed, but said that if it's something I am considering, to do it while it's still very young. In my opinion, I think that irresponsible cat owners tend to euthanize/abandon cats because they have scratched furniture and more than likely all vets rather perform declawing than seeing a cat be put down/left for this reason. RID: 22541
Click to report rating    12/7/10   1     4     4     3   Dr. Mcgrath and his staff may know what there doing but they should work on the approach. They never took care of our dog, they almost ignored him. I think a good vet are usually animal lovers and will focus on making the pet comfortable and earning their trust. Neither the vet or his staff talked to the dog, played with him nor pet him. Very disappointed. Will never spend a penny more at this clinic. RID: 21293
Click to report rating    7/6/09   5     5     5     5   I can't say enough about how great Dr. Doug and his staff are. After our dog tore a ligament in her hind leg last winter Doug took very good care of her. The biggest compliment would have to be from our dog: with our former vet she used to be very anxious, but she's actually excited to see Doug! Facilities are modern and always very clean. Staff is pleasant and helpful. RID: 13400
