Called to get a quote for cat declaw, nice lady told me $220-$250 at the most. Checked my cat in and offered to pay for survive then, told me not to worry about it til I pucked him up. When I called to pick him up I asked for my bill which turned out to be almost $350. Asked the lady to explain the charges and she got ugly and rude. I told her I was not paying full amount and she had a Vet call me back to explain my cat had an upper respitory infection and they would lower my charges to $275. When I picked up my cat they gave me eye drops and when I read the instructions they were for Allergies and not antibiotics. When I called to question why my cat has eye drop for infection and not antibiotics or even anti-inflammatories THe lady said I was a bad owner who did not pay my full bill and so I refused the meds. I told her the vet had a responsibility to his patient and it was not the cat's fault for her incompetence. Another clinic helped my cat for $26 & would have done surg. For $190
