Very compassionate caring clinic, very good at explaining in detail and very accommodating. They saved my dogs life, the expenses were high and they allowed me to make payments at my convenience. They are very understanding and my dog is always excited to go back there. I couldn’t be happier.

I used to be a big fan of this clinic, but after some pretty severe negligence in my eyes, I won’t be returning to their clinic and I caution others who are thinking of using this clinic. They have had a great reputation for years, but have gotten too big for their small town britches and make some serious mistakes. I have brought a few issues to their attention, ranging from minor mishaps (not updating personal information when you’re told it’s outdated) to down right negligence (my dog had a lump on her leg for years that they kept brushing off, which turned out to be malignant mast cell cancer. There are notes on file indicating I had brought it to their attention for at least two years before a new vet to their clinic decided to test it last fall).

I have been using this clinic for up to 20 yrs. I have had nothing but good experiences and customer service here. They truly love what they do have your animals needs at heart.

I have been bringing my pets for the last 13 years. I recommend the clinic as all the staff and vets care and go out of their way to accommodate you. My cat has been dx with HCM and needs to avoid stress, the staff ensure that we don't have to wait with other animals to help minimize the stress. I can't speak highly enough of this clinic.

Not impressed with this clinc at all. I left my prior clinic that I had been with for 25 years to come here just casue it was closer, a huge mistake. I'm a breeded with the CKC and everytime I walk into this clinic I feel like I have committed some kind of crime, staff are not friendly nor accomadating. If you have any form of emergency they are never able to see you and your pet. Thought these clinics were about helping the pets not about the money. Switching back to my original vet.

Worst vet ever. only care about your money. These people dont care about animals, they only care about what they can get our of your pocket. I will never go back.

The people at the Strathroy Animal Clinic have been looking after my pets for over 40 years - They have always treated me with respect, and have given my pets (over the years 3 dogs and 3 cats) the best care possible - I have never felt that the cost of their services was unreasonable - They treat my animals like they are one of their own - I trust them with what is most important to me - my pets - I will never go anywhere else.

Our dog was recently spayed. The care that was provided was outstanding. We were going to find a vet closer to home, but have decided to remain with Strathroy despite the 30 minute drive.

When I brought my dog in for a urinary track infection, they found a problem with a skin flap. Our dog would have a reoccurring problem with infections in the urinary track. $70 for the test and cost + pills. Fast forward 4mths. Our dog has another infection. Needs to pee every hour. We know the problem is reoccurring. We are told we need to make an office visit. No antibiotics will be dispersed without a visit. So they are to profit off us for every infection. Maybe 3-4 times a year. I guess we are ca$h cows to them. Not impressed. Safe to say we switched vets. People should know of their money practices + integrity.
