Dr Honda and the staff at Southside are fantastic! Dr Honda was highly recommended to me and I clearly understand why. She is kind and compassionate and also very realistic and practical with her assessments and we could openly talk about options regarding our pet's health issues WITHOUT feeling the least bit pressured. Dr Honda performed surgery on our pet and everything was so well presented and the best interest of our pet was always the forefront taking into account not only his physical wellbeing but what w/b best for him in terms of his personal tolerance based on his temperament and personality. Everything went well and the follow up was very thorough. Pricing was very reasonable -options to reduce cost by looking at other approaches was discussed without judging. The facility is very spacious, looks and smells very clean and it is just and enjoyable place. Our pet (normally not happy about vet visits) immediately took to Dr Honda and the whole time was relaxed. ????100%

We finally found Dr Honda (from Bay Cities) and switched to Southside 3 years ago and we couldn't be happier. She has been our vet for over a decade with various animals. Best clinic in Halton. They give you all the time you need to feel comfortable. My dogs love going for a visit to the clinic which is the real deal!

Nice office but that receptionist is sooooo RUDE!!!! Didn't acknowledge me when I came in with my dog and didn't say a word to me when she was processing my payment...it cost me $20 to have my dogs nails cut which must be a Burlington price because I have never had to pay that much at another vet...I will NOT be returning mainly because that receptionist needs to get over herself already.... I seriously wanted to slap her and I am by no means a violent person!

This vet is terrible. They used to be good but when dr. Honda opened her second clinic her compassion and caring went out the door with it. Don't ever go here. Your dog will be misdiagnosed and you will loose your best friend!

My sisters dog had to be put to sleep due to bladder cancer - they were so compassionate and caring during this process - they didn't even charge for the visit, only the cremation and euthanasia drugs - far cheaper than another Burlington vet was going to charge - highly recommend Dr. Gibbs - was very knowledgeable and allowed this wonderful dog to die with dignity and peacefully. Many thanks!

I was a client for several years. The vets in this clinic misdiagnosed my dog's medical problems, and I ended up spending several hundred dollars for medication that wasn't required, and dog food that only worsened my dog's gastrointestinal problems. The facilities are beyond opulent, and frankly, "over the top". Sorry, but what is a primary concern for me is the care of my pet...not whether a vet's office has an expresso machine and snacks. There are lots of good vets in Burlington. This isn't one of them.
