All the staff have been great with my parents 2 rescue dogs. They make special exceptions for them as they require a little more attention and motivation. Now that I have moved out and have rescued my own pup there was no question that I would be bringing him in. I would definitely recommend this vet.

Woudn't take my dog back. Vet didn't even seem like she likes dogs. My dog is nervous around people and she made no attempts to make him like her, she commanded him in a loud and unfriendly voice, offered no treats, and then the two vet techs came in and muzzled him for a procedure without consent.

Great staff and doctors! They help us with our dog and her variety on conditions. They make lots of efforts; you can tell they care about the animals. No matter when we stop in unannounced – they always fill the perceptions we need. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I've been taking my senior cat here for about 3 years as she never had any problems up until then, as well as my kitten I adopted last year. The staff have always been so kind and courteous and the doctors seem very knowledgeable and always provide lots of information on the conditions of my cats as well as why they recommend certain medications. I've heard there are cheaper vets but I wouldn't switch. The reason I gave 4 for punctuality is I usually wait in the room for a bit, but that's like any doctor office.

Less then a year a go I called this vet to take my dog in who was very very sick. Because my dog was perviously owned by my cousin, when I called in I was not allowed to make the appointment myself. I explained to them that my dog was extreamly sick but they said they "refuse to take him in." I called my cousin asking them to call the vet so that they could take my dog in. He called back telling me that they refuse to take my dog in. I was super angery by this point and decided to call another vet who said they would take him in an hour from the time I called. Unfortuanly my poor pup passed away before I could even take him to the vet. I am super unhappy and will never go back there. I would not recommend it since they refused to take my dog in.
