Click to report rating    5/28/13   2     1     2     2   there are two vets here that I have seen. The young vet does not know his job, he nearly killed my dog. i brought her in with red spots on her belly & bleeding out of her rectum. i was thinking she was internally bleeding. he laughed it off and gave me some antibiotics and did a fecal test. HE SHOULD HAVE DONE SOME BLOOD WORK. Four months later my dog nearly died after having a blood transfusion because she had thrombocytopenia, he diag. her 4 months later. her platelet count was 1500 but it just didn't register under 20,00 & still he sent her home on prednisone for 7 days! dangerous level is under 60,000 or in that range! when i drove her to the hospital an hour away, her platelet count was 1500 & was anemic. 2 days later she needed a blood transfusion and her bill was $3000. stay away from this place! they also give immunizations all at once and my other dog the same month ended up with grand mal seizures. if you look online, immunizations are not suppose to be given on the same day. RID: 42766
