Our cat became ill suddenly and we were accomodated quickly by the clinic. Dr Vanessa B was our vet and immediate surgery was done to alleviate cause of distress. We were contacted immediately after the surgery & later that evening, then in the morning with an invitation to visit that day. Farley passed of other issues that we discovered during treatment but Dr.Vanessa aided us in making a painful decision but one that was right to give Farley some peace. Costs are high but we have faced higher at other clinics and felt confidence that this vet did not lead or encourage inappropriate treatment. Thank you very much Dr.Vanessa for putting your patient, Farley, first and foremost.

If you enjoy being gouged and taken advantage of then this is the vet for you. Specifically Vet Vanessa Burghart. 1st time we had a cat with a cold, instead of giving meds to treat it we went thru a whole process of unnecessary procedures which cost us over $500 - now we go with our dog who has a UTI and she again wants to do a whole bunch of tests over $400 - I asked for antibiotics, she said no, "I'll give you antibiotics if we go thru the proper channel" Says that I was refusing care. Meanwhile she's refusing to treat a patient. (as per COV) If you don't want to pay her estimates she will ask you to sign a refusal waiver. This vet is ridiculously money hungry, If you continue to go here avoid this specific vet. Family has taken their pets here for over 15 years and this is what is becoming of vets, just money hungry. If they cared about pets they wouldn't ask for treatment refusal waivers. Manager is just as money hungry, complaining to her is useless. Pet Vet treats pets as $$$.

My chihuahua was having heart trouble and so i was precribed meds and watch her, she was dead within a week and a half.I took her back and all he kept talking about was money money money and i was in agony sobbing and this Dr. didn't even give me a kleenex.I said give me my dog back and went to take her to the hospital on Winston churchill she died my arms in the car, from a heart attack!!! They know nothing and said ohhh i was going to suggest you take her there...why didn't you say that before i let it go for 2 weeks of her suffering and grabbing my money...STAY AWAY!!!

My dog Snuggles passed away due to old age and we as a family could not be more grateful to all the staff at Pet Vet for their sincere care and compassion. I will never go anywhere else.
