We have had nothing but excellent care at Silver Fox, the Vets. there truly love animals it is plain to see. My cat and dogs respond to them in ways I have never seen them respond to outsiders before, even my snotty, holier than thou, semi feral cat, is besotted with them. Some Vets may not have the greatest '' bedside manner'' with e-1, but their main concern isn't our feelings and whether or not we like what they have to say, but rather the complete health of our pets and what responsible owners need to come to terms with financially to ensure this. The staff at Silver Fox are the best and Rosie, Aijah, Jeb and Jemma all love them and that is wwhat matters most.

The receptionist was very nice, however, the vet that we saw for an "orthopedic" consult was rude and condescending. He quoted me on procedures he was not familiar with and had not done. He told me that nothing he did was "free"..."just so you know-forms, phone consultations, I charge for". He did not lay his hands on my dog at all, he watched her walk about 10 ft. He didn't acknowledge her nor my husband who was in the room as well. He told me that if money was a factor maybe I just want her to limp for the rest of her life! He did not answer my questions. I specifically asked how many TPLO surgeries he had done for ACL ruptures and he told me that he had been a vet for 27 years! That did not answer my questions. He was very vague. Not a smile or friendly gesture to be had. No empathy whatsoever. He also eluded to the fact that I had no knowledge of veterinary procedures (no I am not a vet, but I am also quite well versed) No recommendations here at all!!!!
