Rose Valley Vet Clinic is simply amazing. We moved here three years ago and our family recommended this clinic to us. Our Sadie always receives impeccable care from the the front office staff to Dr Oz, Dr Noah and their assistants. After Sadie had a complicated and painful surgery we were called with updates until she came home and then daily calls until she was on the mend. Nothing was to much trouble. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone wanting high quality care for their pet.

WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO ROSE VALLEY VET CLINIC. They hurt our pet in the clinic and did not tell us. Dr. Oz was manipulative and took advantage of our sick pet. He overcharged for unnecessary tests and procedures. While our pet was inside the vet clinic Dr. Oz or an inexperienced vet aid injured him. Our pet had a random large deep gash wound. We discovered this in horror at home. Rose Valley would no doubt deny this happened in their clinic. They certainly did not admit to this horrendous malpractice. He had no injuries before the vet and nothing happened between picking him up and later finding the gash. His scar is still visible and the fur has not grown back. This was extremely cruel malpractice. There is no genuine compassion or professional treatment at Rose Valley. No matter how much gullible praise there is it does not discount hurting pets or allowing this to be ignored. Malpractice, negligence, misconduct and cruelty should be completely irrevocably unacceptable.

Our dog, Pari, has a complex knee issue. We travelled from Edmonton, AB to West Kelowna in order to see Dr. Oz on our friend's recommendation.
When we went to his office, his staff were friendly and caring. Dr. Oz showed honest concern for Pari and he explained in detail his assessment of her complication. He said honestly he would not be comfortable to do the surgery, regardless of cost. Dr. Oz maintained contact with us through email, recommended good specialists to look at Pari and discussed with us the pros/cons of the specialist recommendations.
Dr. Oz always gave candid advice and even explained the pitfalls with insurance policies where certain treatment options would not be covered. He was always flexible in ensuring we could get the best treatment possible. If Pari ever gets into trouble in the future, I would book a flight to Kelowna to have him look at her again.
Dr. Oz is highly knowledgeable, caring, honest and very trustworthy. We recommend him completely

Great front end staff have been wonderful in the whole three and one half years we have gone to the clinic! Dr. Oz and staff were extremely compassionate when we had to say good bye to our old golden retriever. One of our little dogs has had 2 dentals and I could not have been happier with her treatments. Recently our little terrier needed emergency surgery for something she ingested and both Dr. Moshe Oz and Dr. Noa Oz went above and beyond to get the surgery she needed and stayed with her overnight in the clinic. The follow up care and calls to check up on our fur baby were also outstanding and above and beyond. Our little dog's life was saved and I could not give a higher recommendation than what I would give for these Vets and their staff.

We travel from Oliver BC to have our dogs looked after by Noa & Moshe OZ. They and their staff are truly dedicated to saving the lives of animals and for helping to maintain their good health. Our dogs have required surgery more than once and the love and support show to our pets and to us has been genuine. The professionalism shown by their staff is wonderful too. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else. We love them and their wonderful staff. Thank you for all that you do.

Our bad experience had been mainly from one of the staff members, which had treated us in a condescending manner. This came after a previous fiasco from this office, though I will say, the Dr. had apologized for it, sincerity is negated based on this behavior.

I was not a client of Dr Oz yet when I called him on Christmas Eve and told him my boxer was dying, he rushed down to the office to meet us. He carried my 95lb dog from the car and treated us like we were the most important thing in his day. He gave me time to be with my dog to say goodbye and then he hugged me and told me to call whenever I needed...day or night! In 9 years of owning dogs, no vet has ever went above and beyond like this. He made our tragic event more bearable through his kindness. As he came alone on a holiday, I never got to meet other staff. I feel confident in saying I don't think he would work with anyone less compassionate than himself. I am so grateful he helped us through this. Thank you Dr Oz

My dog had an extremely bad dental problem and Dr. Oz was so caring, compassionate and understanding towards my situation. The staff was just as exceptional. I live 60km away and would entrust know one else to my baby girl. I would recommend The Rose Valley Vet Clinic to any and everyone. They do an awesome job there, keep up the great work!

Our cat had extremely infected teeth. Dr. Oz was caring, helpful, and did an amazing job. His office staff were all wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic if anyone asked me. Our cat is better than ever.
