I called the emergency after hours vet when my cat that I had for one week suddenly started ****ing up WORMS and BLOOD. She had 2 one week old kittens I was also worried about. The vet who answered the phone SHOUTED at me that "This is an emergency line only", and that I should not be WASTING HIS TIME. How difficult would it have been to say "it is not something that needs to be dealt with right now. Call your vet tomorrow"? I am so disgusted by this one man's rotten attitude that I am CANCELLING all of my pets' appointments. The daytime staff seemed wonderful and helpful when I was booking, but I will NOT take my pets to a vet who DOES NOT CARE about animal health. I am still not sure why any animal ****ing up BLOOD is not a concern. I will never use this veterinarian clinic OR recommend it again.
