The people here are very nice and are willing to help you. I like taking my animals there because they are so nice and they care However if you have an animal with a serious illness you may want to find another vet, even though their name is Berry Road animal Hospital, because they do not have the equipment to do a lot of examinations. I have a large GSD and he has EPI, he has a history of stomach issues, I take him there for his yearly shots and that’s fine but I took him there when he was sick, throwing up blood and the vet looked at his chart and gave him some meds, he never touched him. He said no food today, only soft food tomorrow and give him these meds. If it gets worse he will need to go to a specialty vet so they can use the scope on him. This cost me 100.00 and I had just taken him to the emergency vet over the weekend for the same thing. I had called them before going there and explained the issues and they said bring him in so we can look at him. They never looked at him!
