I like everyone at this clinic but they are definitely overpriced. They marked up a medication by charging me around $200 and after checking around, I was able to obtain the same amount of the exact same medication for under $60. They push blood work because they have their own equipment to analyze the sample and come up with results - an extra moneymaker. I think the doctor knows his stuff and the staff are very good, but they charge exhorbitantly.

I took my dog to this clinic at 2:00am on a Saturday and there was no wait time! It was such a relief to be seen so quickly and I didn't even have to wait for any of her results, it was all done that night. They gave her everything she needed that night and within a couple of days she was back to herself. They will definitely be seeing us again!

I am new to town and found this place by reading Google reviews. I was pleased to find that the reviews were VERY accurate! Dr. G and the girls are all kind, friendly and patient. All of my questions were answered and I felt that the prices were very fair. Exactly the kind of people you want caring for your fur-baby! We really appreciate the responsiveness over the phone and followup calls. Would not think of going anywhere else.

Took puppy there after hours. Facility was very dirty and examinations conducted in unsanitary manner. Vet took temperature (said it was elevated) and assessed symptoms (vomiting and trembling). He came back with a diagnostic assessment of 900$. He claimed a 250$ x-ray was legally mandatory, and insisted on blood work at a cost of $250. He used scare tactics of possible parvo virus and alluded to likelihood of hospitalization. This was before he even ran the tests. My gut told me this was a cash grab. We headed to the Mississauga Oakville Veterinary Emergency Hospital. Our puppy was tested for parvo, given a hydration injection, and an anti-nausea injection.......for a third of the cost. The vet was wonderful, and provided a number of options and suggested we take the more cost-effective option and come back in the morning should there be no improvement. Do not go to the Mavis & Eglinton clinic if you don't want to be gauged and misled.

stay out of this clinic.dirty not professionals , vet does not know what is he talking about.very very expensive spent over 1000$ for nothing. not recommend it to anyone stay out if you love your pet

Best clinic I've ever been too. My doggie had to have emergency surgery and I was so worried, but these guys were AMAZING! Very kind, professional and friendly. They were excellent with my pet, they treated him like he belonged to them which made me feel more comfortable. I am so grateful I found them.

AMAZING staff!! My cat Fluffy suddenly became very sick and her regular vet was not able to fit her in. I google searched and found Eglinton Mavis and they were able to take fluffy in within an hour of my call. They took such good care of her, as if she were their own. They saved my kitty and for that, I will forever be grateful.

What to say about this clinic ... All staff is extremely caring, both people and animal oriented.Even better they're very active on social media with updates regularly about anything animal related. Keep up the awesome work!
