We have gone to this clinic since Molly was a puppy and she is now a year old. We have spent over $2061 in Vet Fees since 7 Feb 22 (just over a year. The past two days our dog has had diarrhea and vomiting. I phoned this morning to see if they could just look at her for fifteen minutes and see what was wrong. They told me they were too busy. I phoned another clinic and they were able to see her. Totally disappointed in these people at Mountainview. We will be looking elsewhere for a more caring establishment.

The vets here can't even diagnose a UTI vs bladder stones. They don't have an X-ray, so they'll make their money off antibiotics and tests. Oh and they'll charge you for tests, but don't give you results until you call for then -then they'll call to get the results. They sold me on supplements for my dog's floating kneecap, but that is a mechanical issue (my new vet educated me on that) and no amount of supplements can help that. They also weren't going to tell me that my dog was stage 1 in the condition until I brought the topic up. I will not go back nor do I recommend anyone going here. They overcharge and don't do their job.

I have been taking my furbabies to MV since 2015 after having a bad experience at another vet. The staff are wonderful and very caring. Dr. Ferguson is a compassionate and caring person who goes above and beyond for her patients. She never rushes you and gives you clear and concise information in a language that can be understood. I went there for a second opinion on what I knew in my heart was a bad diagnosis. Dr Gulps was wonderful, giving me the information I needed to make an informed decision and then supported me on that journey. The compassion I received that day will forever stay with me. I highly recommend this clinic

Dr F is an amazing vet. Compassionate, caring and gives so much back to the community especially with her work with the feral cat population. Every vet should strive to be like her.

Dr. Ferguson and staff were most helpfull and knowlegable when I was adopting my feral cats. They provided excellent care in every aspect of my concerns.

Dr Ferguson is wonderful with our former feral cats, who can be surprising little beasties. Her expertise in the health problems of the local forest cats is top. I would trust her to hold my french fries.

I wish there was an option for a higher rating than "good". Dr. Rene Ferguson and her staff and coworkers are AMAZING! Very thorough and knowledgeable. My two rescue kittens have been treated here by Dr. Glups and she was so kind and gentle with them. This practice also donates so much time and volunteer work for our community. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a vet for their fur-kids. From the front desk to the surgery, all are professional and caring.

Dr. Ferguson and the team at Mountain View are absolutely AMAZING. They provide exceptional value and go well above and beyond in the care they provide. They are dedicated, skilled, generous with their time, and compassionate to their furry clients as well as to us humans. I recommend them to all of my friends.

This vet is clearly owned by Royal Canin or highly sponsored by them. I told the doctor that I wanted to try a grain free and healthier diet and she gave me a 5 minute long speech about why Royal Canin is the best food ever. Spent barely any time with my pet at his wellness exam and put a dewormer on him without even telling me the adverse effects or the cost. I also find the staff to be "fake" nice and impatient if you ask too many questions.

Yes, the staff is nice, but nice doesn't mean they are knowledgable. The vets know nothing about animal nutrition and just try to push royal canin food down your throat. My pet threw up from eating their royal canin vet diet and the vet still tried to push royal canin on me. They will also give medications to your pet without explaining what they are or what the side effects are. And worse, they are still injecting animals with shots between the shoulder blades. This is an outdated practice. I do not recommend.

Dr. Ferguson has been my dog's vet for the past 7 years and I feel like I have had a partner in my dog's medical decisions. Dr. Ferguson is deeply committed to the well-being of animals, and when she made a suggestion I was confident that, rather than focussing on profits, she had my dog's best interests in mind.You have to be able to trust your vet, and I trust Dr. Ferguson. I had to have my dog euthanized today... I thank the staff at Mountain View Clinic for their compassion and guidance over the years.

I was happy with the excellent service. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable on my pet ear problem. Very thankful with compassionate fee I didn't have to pay. Will be back all the time.

Wanted to try out this clinic because of the excellent ratings. Phoned to get prices: exam fee $60, over 8 years old $70. Blood work $150-$250. If you have an older pet and need the extensive test you're looking at $250. X-rays $180. As a senior this is impossible. No wonder people can't get good care for their pets. It's unaffordable. I know you get what you pay for but this is ridiculous!

Our regular vet was out of town and we had an appt to have our beloved dog put down on the day he came back however our 15 yr old lab took a turn for the worse and it wasn't fair to make her wait. We contacted Mountain view because it was our friends vet and they had just put their cat down and they told us they were very compassionate. They were right! The reception staff spent lots of time with me on the phone explaining and reassuring me of my decision even when I contacted to cancel and called back to change my mind( I was upset and kept having doubts yet they kept supporting me) when we got there they were so understanding worked around when we were ready and they never rushed us even though they were closing. It happened very peacefully and she just fell asleep in mine, my husband and my sons arms and they let us stay with her tilll we were ready to let her go?? I would not hesitate to recommend them they obviously care very much for their patients and their humans! Thank you Dr.

I have been to this clinic multiple times and have dealt with Dr. Ferguson, Dr. Henderson and Dr. Glups. Every time I've gone in, they have truly gone above and beyond for my furry kids. They always put the pet first, and I have never felt pressured to spend more money than I have to.

Have been here a couple times and really didn't like the experience! Vet seemed to disregard everything I was telling her and Staff were Not friendly or welcoming! Every other Vet gives Revolution as long as you're a patient there Except here which tells me it's All about the $$. I was told I could only keep getting Revolution if I took my dog in for an Exam every year! But since she doesn't need vaccines every year it would have been a Waste of $ when every other vet will sell them if you go there! Seems to be all about the bottom dollar (being in Their pocket not keeping your $ in Your pocket!)

I was referred to Dr. Rene Ferguson but am a distance away but decided to go & I couldn't have been happier with my decision. It was my decision to go but my dog Katie's decision to stay. From the minute we walked in I knew I made the right decision of course Katie wasn't happy to be there but that was the most relaxed I've ever seen her at a Vets. Everyone I dealt with made it a very relaxed & pleasurable experience & when Katie accepted a treat from Dr. Ferguson that was a first & Katie's 15 ! I was so impressed right from my first conversation with Robyn to each staff member to Dr. Gerguson's excellent care of Katie. I can't express how much I appreciate how compassionate & personable everyone is from the minute you walk in the door until you leave & the follow up phone call. I've always said animals are the best judge & mine certainly was.

Your animal will not get any better care than this place. The whole team from reception to Dr. F herself are passionate about what they do and it shows. Their compassion is unbelievable and you come out of there feeling they have your animal's best interest at heart.

I highly recommend this vet!! Dr Ferguson is amazing and truly cares for the animals. It is apparent right away that she has a passion for animals and her staff are highly skilled and friendly. I started bringing my cat here only a few months ago and am so happy I did. It is such a relief to find a vet like this who you can trust. :)

I use to go to this clinic when it was Clayton Animal Hospital and had to leave because of the previous Doctor. I saw in the paper that a new Vet had opened up a new practice (I posted the article below) so I decided to check it out. The moment I walked through the door all I could say is WOW. Amazing difference! Completely updated/ renovated, *incredibly* clean, new equipment and Dr. Ferguson and the staff are amazing. They are very professional but they really love animals and it shows. I am so happy we have them in Langley!
