A great small vet clinic where the staff and Dr. have a chance to get to know you and your pet.

No way to give that clinic a bad rating. Melissa does a great wonderful job. She cares about your pet and provides recommendations for what she thinks is the right thing to do to keep your pet in shape or what action she thinks is the right movement for your pet. She does not force you into it but she is not shy to tell you what's the best step. The final decision is up to you. If you are cheep and do not want to invest in your loved ones (your pet) then do not make the Vet responsible for your decision. Me and Cooper is happy to have Melissa around here in VR. The facility is well equipped. Punctuality is great. The Staff greatly friendly. Jennifer and Taylor are just great and more than friendly. Monetary Value: You get what you pay for! I strongly recommend that clinic. Excellent care!

My dog is quite fearful as she is new to us and to a domestic environment. Dr Huet was very sensitive to her needs and very calm and encouraging. I left with the medication and information I needed to assist with my dog's eye problem, but I also received an open invitation to bring my dog by for a treat on our walking route to help her learn not to fear the vet, as well as great information on how to handle a fearful dog, and a pheremone spray that will help calm her in anxious situations. Two paws up!

Dr. Huet is the worst vet we have ever seen, if you can even call her one. She is sloppy has no compassion at all. If you live in the area like we do, I suggest spending the gas to go else where. An example for you is, I waited 40 minutes to see her, nobody came to let me know it was going to take longer. When she came in for the exam ( exam and shots) she looked at my dogs mouth and said it was disgusting and made a sound and rolled her eyes. I was really sad about that because I feel there is a way to talk to people and I try hard to take care of my dog. Secondly, she did not check his heart rate. All she did was look in his mouth and do the shots. DO NOT GO HERE.

I am pleased to have Melissa taking care of my dog. I am going there annually for regular checkup and I feel that Melissa takes good care and worries about the good standing of my dog Cooper. Good to have Melissa.

The Clinic staff are very helpful and provide timely follow up to all inquiries/services/surgery. Dr. Huet has been simply amazing to work with. My dog has had chronic allergies as well a serious issue. Dr. Huet has explored numerous options not giving up until a resolve has been found. The pre and post-surgery care was exceptional! On numerous occasions Dr. Huet did not charge me for visits as we explored options for services or re-checked progress. Dr. Huet and team have helped me research options and find more cost effective solutions. I have been at the clinic at closing time on at least two occasions when someone has come by with an emergency and Dr. Huet has kept the clinic open to help them. Dr. Huet continues to augment her skills with annual training and seminars and searches for innovative options. I have referred several neighbors/friends over the past few years, and they have all been very happy as well. THANKS Kindly! DD

Since ownership change in the past year, I have been very unhappy with the service provided by Melissa Huet. She is abrasive, with lack of communication skills while looking for extra $$$'s from pet owners. I live in Valley Ridge and I am so unsatisfied with my services that I have to go elsewhere. The previous owner was a tremendous service to our surrounding communities.

Took my dog in there after she was bit at the dog park. The staff were friendly and helpful. Dr Huet was able to get my dog in quickly and sedated her and stitched up her wound. Professional clinic and congrats to Dr Huet on taking over this wonderful facility! We will definitely be back!

Since Dr Huet came on board at the clinic, it has lost all heart and feeling that Jan had built into the clinic. I was spoken to with rude tones and an attitude from the young blonde Dr Huet, she obviously had other ideas that actually helping and working with my Hunter. It has only declined in professional conduct since Dr Keeler and her foul mouth husband Jared took over. They are blessed though to still have Lindsay there; a beautiful caring soul.
