I will never use or recommend this facility again. I took my pet in on an emergency she was in distress tlooked her over said had a murmurwcritical. I called them again in a few hours she was worse they homes and hawed weren't interested in me brining her back she died a few hrs later. I called to tell them and they cheerfully offered to sell me burial supplies. That little dog suffered for many hrs because they are totally unprofessional unskilled and should not have a clinic.

I had an emergency situation on a holiday and had no choice but to use this facility. NEVER AGAIN. Filthy waiting area, emotional blackmail from the vets and insensitive attitude. Motivated by money only. My dog was there for 17 hours - the bill was $1990. We took her to our regular vet the next day, where she stayed three more days, received excellent care - total bill there was only $477. Huge difference in cost - and service. They also sent me home with drugs, even though they knew I was going straight to my own vet, who could have prescribed whatever was needed. In the end, their meds were not necessary - but I paid for them anyway - about $200 worth of drugs that were not needed. A money grab on the way out the door. Really distressing. If you have a choice - use a different emergency facility.

Complete emotional blackmail. Totally money motivated, vet tried repeatedly to inflate my bill. Presented two bills one was for premium care, which was over the top for situation, put hand over prices ,should be ashamed 2600.00 . All my cat needed was simple procedure , was there 10 minutes and over 400$ . I am glad that there is emergency care available , but this was disgusting. The vets did not even interact with my cats. I foolishly thought they were there to help ease suffering, but sadly the charge so much that many wait for there regular vets and only innocent animals suffer for greed since many people simply can’t afford . Presenting two bills , basically is implying if you really love your pet this is what you would do. Shameful

Horrific service. Paid 1500 for a 4 hour stay until our regular vet opened. We're forced to pay the remaining balance before transfer to our vet. Upon arrival we THEN discover he had "turned blue" (apnea) due to the team exceeding the acceptable dose of methocarbamol. Basically they billed us for every thing imaginable, AND almost killed our dog in the process. Filing complaints with the college of veterinarians of ontario for investigation of this establishment.

Worst experience in my life taking my dog there. This place is money driven and I found the vet not very compassionate. $500. For an x Ray and diagnosis then from there 2500. To 5000. Upfront to save my dog with low chance of survival.

Thank goodness this clinic was open when I needed help for my golden doodle at 2am. I was able to walk in and know the staff were there. Excellent care and amazing service. Thank you

Money driven!! Got 3 estimates..$560 to $3200 for cut on leg of our boxer. Paid the $560 for exam, antibiotics, and pain med!!! Drove 9 hours home to our vet, and cost of 3 staples? $22.95. Horrible rip off...taking advantage of people with emergent care for their animals. You should be ashamed!!!

Compassionate and professional. Friendly service. Highly recommended. One of our older dogs had a close encounter with a porcupine. Hundreds of quills were removed. Follow-up advice was very helpful as quills continued to emerge over the following days. We were very grateful to find help for her on a weekend.

I thank this clinic for helping us during such a scary time. It was more expensive than our own hospital, but our cat needed help at 3am. If we had waited, she likely wouldn't have made it.

In an emergency situation like we had with our beloved dog, it's a relief to know this after hours clinic exists. The staff were so compassionate and professional, the veterinarian was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything we needed to know.

A disgrace and no compassion for our live of animals. Mobey should never come first when it comes to our loved ones. I've heard there have been many complaints. This vet should be shut down or forced to change their policies. They have no ethics or love for our furbabies
