Would like to see the front end clerks more understanding. Once I waited for + 25 minutes past my advanced scheduled appointment. The other time I brought back a broken cat calm diffuser (was broken inside of the package) with a receipt, and was made feel like I stole it, while asking for the replacement. And the latest experience - I did not feel completely satisfied with the service I received while trying to help someone who could not afford the spaying of their cat by covering their expenses. Same thing - cold shoulder from the support stuff, no clue that I was basically doing something out of good Will. I do not need praise, but simple "Thanks" (for caring for animals) would have been so nice to hear. However, Dr. Berkley TOTALLY ROCKS!!! BOTH OF MY CATS LOVED HER! Doctors are awesome, the support personnel need to learn to be friendlier, and more understanding.
