Do not use this vet clinic. Veterinarians have poor skill and terrible empathy. We had to have our dog euthanized there and it was an absolute debacle. They made a major error and injected caustic euthanol into the tissues surrounding our dogs leg resulting in our dogs final minutes being filled with pain and distress. We were robbed of a proper peaceful goodbye as our dog had to endure fear and pain in his final moments. We have done a formal complaint against this clinic . When approached about what had happened during our experience the vets responded callously and casually, taking no accountability. I worked in the vet tech industry and can tell you this was a brutal experience in a process that should go right 100% of the time. Please do not support this clinic.

I am going to this clinic regularly. Very friendly staff and doctor. Prices are very reasonable as well. They do care for your pet he deserves.

This clinic was very professional and punctual when my dog Deja needed surgery, even bringing in a specialist. A dental problem was taken care of immediately too. The girls and all the staff are also most helpful. I also like the clinic hours which is open longer hrs and on weekends, because you never know when you need a good doctor. Thanks to Dr Kataria and his staff.

Got my cat in within an hour for strange symptoms. Called me before performing any expensive tests. Gave me a time to have a talk with the vet and go over the results. No insisting on shots or medications. Prices very reasonable. Will be taking my small animals here in future.

I give this vet a big thumbs up. We had planned for months to put our dog of almost 16 years down and wanted it done at our home. After settling on a date and calling 2 of our regular vets a week prior, none would make the house call. On April 28, 2015 Twin Rivers was punctual, courteous and professional. Holding my dog as she passed away. Hardest thing I've ever had to do, but would not have done it any other way. Thank-you Twin Rivers.

We have been bringing our puppy here since they opened.I have always been pleased with the Dr. and the staff. They took very good care of him when we brought him in to be neutered and tattooed, every experience there has been a good one.Our puppy is always happy there even when he is getting his shots :} When I called around to different vets for prices for neutering and tattooing, (for my own info, hadn't had a pet spayed/neutered in years), I found their prices far less than the others in town. We will continue to go there.

Today I was unfortunate enough to hit someone’s poor cat in my neighborhood while I was on my way to work.I rushed to the nearest vet which was Twin Rivers.I brought the cat in and explained my situation, that I was not the pets owner and that I hoped they could identify it in order to find the owners. The Veterinary Technician examined the perished animal while it was in my arms and found no id.I asked if they would accept the animal and use their resources to help. She explained to me that she would be unable to help unless I paid $55 for cremation. After reiterating to her that I was not the pet’s owner and that I did not have the funds to do so,she stood her ground and said she could do nothing for me.She was very reluctant to help me find an alternate solution, even the number for the SPCA.I would never recommend this animal hospital to anyone.I felt the staff to be cold and unhelpful. They seem to be much more motivated by money than with animals, something I don’t look for in a vet

I had brought my 3y/o chiweenie here to get neutered, he ended up having complications; blood clotting disorder. The vet went above and beyond and put him back under, reopened the incision to remove two massive clots, which could have caused problems later on. He did this at no extra cost! All around good clinic; reasonable rates, friendly staff and a doctor that tries to accommodate any situation.

Brought our older dog here yesterday for a small cyst removal on her hip. We dropped her off at 8 am and I had to call them at 3 pm since we hadn't heard anything to see if she was ready. The receptionist didn't even know they had her there. When I arrived around 315 after they said she was ready they took 10 minutes to get her from the back, when she came out she was really shaky, and her SMALL cyst was now a 4 inch stich line down her hip. The vet was not even present to talk about post opp care or how/what the cyst was or what happened. She leg was actually bleeding slowly and the receptionist actually said it was NORMAL. I paid the ridiculous fee, took her home and noticed she was still bleeding. I immediately raced to the nearest store for first aid to wrap her leg. Nothing would stop the bleeding. It was 8 pm and she simply stood up and began to bleed heavily. We called the vet right away and they said it must have been our fault since she was fine when we left. We argued on the

accomodated a quick apt, but probably because no one chooses to go there. The front staff were unfriendly, didn't seem to know what they were doing (lost my claim form from a couple hours prior and didn't know how to scan anything), and after a couple requests, they never got to scanning/emailing the claim form OR information. For the Vet, I had issues understanding him, so I requested to have a summary written up on the incident and instructions - never received that. Also never received a call or offer to call about a follow up on how my dog handled the sedative they gave him/recovery. My usual vet always did. Also when the clinic finally put the claim through, they neglected to actually include the receipt copies which are clearly stated as needed by the insurance company. Lastly, vet was late arriving to meet me for follow up even when I gave the clinic a time when I would be arriving to come pickup my dog. Overall pretty useless and poor service. Won't be recommending there.

Called them last minute and they took my cat in no questions asked and were able to find out she had an eye infection and. The Vet and support staff were wonderful with her and understood I am a little too attached to my cat, as I was sure she was going blind. I showed up at 730 and was out by 750. Great staff! Great Vet! Please don't change a thing.
