Brought my very ill kitty early in am of Dec 22/22. Promptly took him in and diagnosed. Presented the worst news you can get with much empathy and compassion as well as making my poor kitty feel as comfortable as possible in his final moments. Many thanks to Dr. Sabrina Martens and her great team.

Don't go there. Took my cat in for kidney disease and 4 days later she died there of a heart attack due to their treatment. And this cost a few thousand bucks. Beware

Except for only 1 evening-administrative staff with careless attitude, the rest of the staff is amazing!, try doing their best even while triaging more furry patients. The doctors are well competent and empathetic, I'm glad my furry family member made it after such a distressing experience.

I brought my dog to this clinic for emergency care and they barely did anything for her. She was puking and dehydrated and they didn’t give her any electrolytes all they gave her was Benadryl and they did some blood work. When we brought her home she didn’t feel any better. This clinic is Awful I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. I’m not impressed.

My dog was saved by Dr. Goldstein. I spent there many hours when visiting my dog. I liked how all team members worked. Very professional and caring. Thank you very much for your work!

STELLAR SERVICE!! I am a veterinarian myself and help run a small, but growing house call veterinary service. Whenever one of my patients requires hospitalization, x-rays or any other special diagnostics beyond what can be done in the home, CTVRC is always first on my mind to have my patients referred to as I know how thorough they are with the care of their clients and patients!! I found myself in this very situation when my own kitty Mooky was in respiratory distress last weekend--as of all the things he could get--he had a fly larva (cuterebra) lodged high up in one of his nostrils!! He needed urgent in-hospital imaging (CT scan and ultrasound) and special instruments to have this obstruction removed and to make sure no other larvae were present. Dr. Michael Goldstein, I cannot THANK YOU and your team enough for saving my best boy!! I will continue to refer my clients to you because I know FIRST HAND what EXCEPTIONAL CARE you provide your clients and furry patients!!

Worst experience that I have ever had with any vet clinic. The receptionist are all clueless that need to be trained in customer service. The vet that helped us was the coldest individual that we have ever met. The doctor had no empathy. She didn't even fake compassion for us. She definitely is not vet material. It really felt like we were a a bank machine. If you can wait and avoid coming here I suggest it. This clinic is horrible

I brought my dog Maggie, in for an ultrasound with Dr. Goldstein. He was great! Dr. Goldstein was friendly, explained the procedure and answered any questions I had. I would recommend CTVRC to anyone who is looking for top notch care for their pet. The reception staff were very friendly and the offices were very clean. If I could rate them higher than a 5, I would! I'm a very happy client!

We came here for an intermal medicine consult for our elderly cat who was quite sick. Dr. Kruth took a lot of time and shared his expertise and experience with us. Before meeting with us, he had prepared and had already read a big pile of papers that our regular vet had sent to him with our cat's medical history. He laid out the possibilities for our cat and his opinion on how likely each possibility was. He gave us our options in terms of diagnostics available and possible treatments. There was no sales pressure whatsoever to do expensive tests and he clearly had our cat's overall best interest at heart every step of the way. He made us feel good about what we are doing for our cat already. He gave us all the information we needed to make the best decisions for our cat. We highly recommend this clinic and Dr. kruth as well.

Absolutely amazing! My kitten, Olivia, fell between the railings from my upper floor to my basement in a freak accident. Upon arrival to the clinic, the kitten was immediately taken into the examination room. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Riddle came out to greet me and to discuss her injuries and treatment options. Being a (human) physician myself, granted very different, I can say that his workup was incredibly thorough. I left later with a clear "game plan" and belief that she was well cared for. Dr. Riddle called me at 6:15 am this morning (as he said he would) to let me know that she had done very well over night and was comfy and cozy. The surgeon, Dr. Boyd, reviewed Olivia's images and saw her this morning before her busy day in the operating room. She then called me to discuss the surgery and approximate timing. Immediately after the surgery she phoned again to let me know that the surgery had gone incredibly well and that she was expected to make a full recovery. We are so gratefu1!

Our 8 year old German Shepherd was very sick. No other vets would help us. Dr Seanna Swayne was very compassionate and caring for us and our best friend. I would recommend anybody who loves their dog and wants the best for them to go to this vet. I would rate this vet 10/10 but 5 is the highest. Dr Swayne is a voice for our dogs who cannot speak for themselves.

We came down from Collingwood to Central Toronto Veterinary Referral Clinic when our dog was in distress. Dr. Michael Goldstein took amazing care of Sophie and us. He conferred with our vet several times, did the tests quickly and only did those necessary to discover that it was liver disease and there was nothing that could be done. He was caring and affectionate with Sophie and he was very sensitive to our distress. He explained everything in detail and with compassion. He helped us to make the decision to do the right thing for Sophie and supported us through the experience. I would highly recommend him and his clinic.

Worst experience that I have ever had with any vet. I needed a liquid diet for my dog and this was the only place in the GTA that had it in stock on the weekend. They were not able to locate this product in their system so it seems that they simply made up a price. $25 for 1 8oz package of the formula when this retails for anywhere between $2.99 and $6.00. I showed the receptionist an example of a retail price online and was simply told "then go buy it from there". My dog could die this weekend without this... or believe me!!! I would have gone somewhere else. Stay away from this money hungry vet!!!!
