The clinic seemed nice, clean and welcoming and is open 7 days/week. However one of the front end staff swears quite frequently, and has no actual knowledge when it comes to products or services. When you push to speak to a vet about a product or service she gets dismissive and offended. The other staff are also curt and dismissive. The vets/owners (Dr Koshy & Salam) are extremely hard to understand and when you ask why something needs to be done, or about the costs they mumble and try to change the subject. I had to get some prescriptions for my dogs, and when I looked at them more closely once I got home they were expired. I called the clinic to ask about the expiry date and was told by the receptionist they were still good to use. I asked to speak to the vet and when he answered the phone he mumbled something and said it’s still good and then hung up. If you truly care for your pets DO NOT come to this clinic, they only care about profits??

Very good clinic with excellent staff. The vet is very knowledgeable and rates are competent.

use to be a good clinic until they got rid of my vet for no reason, owners are NOT trustworthy vets at all DO NOT take your pet to see them for anything, they want to run expensive tests for no reason and just hand out antibiotics without even knowing the problem

We are very pleased with the service we received from bringing our dog in emergently when our regular vet turned us away. They have been very supportive and accommodating as we have to bring the dog back for IV antibiotics. The physician is hard to understand but overall great experience.

Vet maybe overexplained things to me but I feel that for a lot of people, this would be a good thing. Open SEVEN DAYS a week! I only use them for 'easy' issues as I do not have a relationship with any of the vets there. No bad experiences but like a lot of vets, felt that I was sold more products to treat my pet than necessary and could have used household products.

The other day I had to find a vet for two unplanned rescued feral kittens and they took me in immediately without any fuss. Treated them quickly so the kittens had the least amount of stress. Today I visited the kittens as they are staying at the clinic for a while and they looked great and were already fairly used to touch. The vets and staff did a wonderful job and Montrose Pet Clinic will be my vet for sure for my pets and any future rescues!
