My dog Boozer had to have emergency surgery a few days ago. Doctor Lauren Connolly has been amazing. She has called to check in on my boy even though he is out of the hospital. That level of care is so hard to come by and I appreciated her kindness so much! Though the bill was expensive, the staff made sure to tell me about a service that people can apply to to make payments with no interest. I was overall very pleased!

This place Tripled its prices when Vca took over. They must have given rudeness training to the drs. And when someone cut my dogs Foot while clipping her nails(not the quick,her actual foot) and she needed stitches, they had the Nerve to charge me for the antibiotics she would need because of the cut! They are also notorious for refusing to give you your records when you try to leave! I left there over a year ago, my beloved dog has since died, and Still they send me postcards that she's due for one thing or another! If I had to sum them up in one word it would have to be Greedy!
