Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Dr. Billeter has excellent "bedside manner" with animals and has always provided excellent information.

I am angry and disappointed. My Choc Lab was spayed today. Front desk help indifferent to my concerns about her pain when I called back. She had procedure, was given pain medicine ONCE at 11am, and I picked up at almost 5 pm. She appeared to be ok until I got her home. She couldn't get comfortable and her crying was pitiful. This is a dog who has a high tolerance to pain, had 2 litters of puppies with no problems, and I never heard her wimper before. I requested Dr Billeter call me; instead of calling me, he had the uncaring front desk clerk call and said there was pain medication to be picked up. Not to mention, I had to pay for this as well. I have been taking my dogs infrequently over 7 years to Dr Billeter, but this is the last time. I am moving all my animals (4 dogs) to Ashcake Animal Hospital, and writing a letter to Dr Billeter to let him know why! Be prepared to pay for EVERYTHING, and his services are rather high priced compared to other vets nearby.

We have been seeing Dr. Billeter for years and highly recommend him. The staff is wonderful and friendly and they are reasonably priced for the work they do. We've since moved away from the area but continue to drive the 30+ minutes out of our way to go here, so that should definitely say something about the quality of care provided.

I have used this practice for years. I highly recommend Dr. Biliter and Dr. Tyson here.They are compassionate and thorough. Your pets will receive the best care here.
