I will never go back to this hospital. Even though they have my dogs history, they refuse to give her medication without an exame knowing that my dog had one this year already at another hospital. They rather let my dog suffer. I will never go back. There are other vets that are actually caring for the animal rather than their pockes. BAD SERVICE. It also took over 2 days to call back, again bad service.

Brought my dog here for an eye infection. Actual veterinarian time very brief. Technician came in and told me dog needed antibiotics and eye drops. She opened 2 bottles of eye drops, without first informing me of the cost, put drops in dog's eye and told me to keep them and apply at home. When I went to pay, lo and behold, I was charged almost a whopping $300 dollars ! Of course I expected to pay, but please tell me in advance I will be charged for this and that ! I love my pet, but hate having my heart strings played like a sucker.

They claim to have staff that are competent with exotic animals. DO NOT BRING RABBITS OR GUINEA PIGS. The vets are not specialized and those that are, are hardly available. I had 2 pets die in that clinic because of poor veterinary care. Awful experience. One vet misdiagnosed my bunny while another found a lump (cancer) in her abdomen that the first vet missed. According to the second vet that saw her the lump was too big to operate on. If its so big how can the first vet miss it! Negligence rules this vet clinic when it comes to exotics. Avoid at all costs!
