They practice UNETHICAL veterinary care. When we first brought our sick dog in, they offered us MRI testing and highly risky surgery. We opted for medication management for a terminal condition that manifests in chronic pain and, ultimately, paralysis and death.
After a follow-up visit, we disagreed with the a condescending neurologist's suggestion that we keep our dog confined for two months. In addition, the steroid treatment prescribed proved ineffective and potentially harmful. Yet we continued with the compounded medication that we had to obtain with a week in advance from a pharmacy in Arizona.
Unbeknownst to us, when we ordered our most recent refill, we were denied, as we were informed that we should have scheduled another follow-up with that same condescending LIVS neurologist. At no point did anyone inform us that our script would run out and when we asked for any available vet to call in another refill, we were told there was no one available until Monday. So we are
