The staff is more concerned with getting customers to sign up for wellness plans and other services than the compassionate care of animals. They say they charge less but you will find there is always an additional charge that your plan doesn't cover and the plan is more than what you spend on care for a healthy pet. They have no overnight care but perform surgeries that require animals to be hospitalized afterwards but then they just send them home. Do not take your pets to these places!
