Dr. Barkai and Dr. Lock are the best. They treat my cats like their own. The support staff are great as well. I have a disability and they are always there to help me with carrying my pets to and from the taxi.

Fabulous clinic. They love my british shorthair Keith and he loves them! We love to drop by...the entire staff are warm and very patient..I would not go anywhere else ... Dr. Barkai is amazing ...I suggest just drop by and decide for yourself.they will welcome your visit !

Thought $76.00 for a visit was high. Never got introduced to the Dr. Not sure if she even knows my name yet. Took great care of my dog though. Perhaps a bit heavy handed on the treats, but he didn't mind.

I couldn't be happier with the visit I just had! Everyone was very gentle and patient with my timid dog, and even had her eating out of their hands after about 5 minutes! What a lovely experience.

I had to have my cat euthanized. I was shocked that the price was $213. w/tax. I called another animal hospital and the same service was $95. Russell Lake clinic was rate highly; it certainly was not on their prices on services.

My self and my husband loves Russell lake hospital they treat our animals great and if we have any issues they all have no problem sitting down and talking to us

My cats are elderly, and hate going to the vets. They come home from visits here and and are so much more relaxed. Time outs are not necessary any more. Nails can be trimmed without sedation and they aren't wrestled into submission to do it. It's expensive, but no more than any other place, and I never feel rushed. I will continue to bring my cats here.
