Very Nice staff and everything Amazing here. The staff there are so friendly and helpful. The Doctors are wonderful and give my dogs the absolute best care possible. If you need a vet in Cambrige you definatly will not be disappointed here.highly highly recomend to visit Bishop Gate animal hospital for your new family members

Seriously... where have the rest of you been taking your pets!! The staff is very nice... the place is FILTHY... and the Dr. is very dismissive. The best deal is on the yearly vacs.... but after that... prices are WAY more expensive.. I have gone back to a previous Vet

We have been taking our Donna to Dr. Randhawa at Bishop GAte Animal hospital in Cambridge since he was a puppy. He is very thorough and makes sure we understand what procedures are being done. He answers all my questions with patience and a smile, even if my questions are silly or repetitive. He is the most gentle with the animals and at first glance, you can see that he cares so much about the animals in his care. Recently, we had our dog neutered. Although Dr. Randhawa told us it would take about a week for our dog to recover fully, he was up within a day and has not even tried to lick or scratch the area. The stitching didn't bother him at all, as a matter of fact, it is so well done, you can hardly tell there are stitches. I highly recommend him.

My Rottweiler Lucy ended up with an ear infection and my friend suggested that I bring her to the clinic. Lucy does not get along with other dogs so they made a special time for her to visit. I cant say how kind and accommodating they were. The clinic is very clean and the staff are friendly and very thorough. All of my questions were answered thoughtfully. Lucy had her nails trimmed and I did not have to hold her or even go to the trimming table with her. They made sure she was comfortable as well as me. I was not forced into having un-necessary tests done and the cost was more than reasonable. Thanks so much, we finally have a permanent vet!

The vet is very knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and clearly loves animals. He is very nice and polite with clients. Clinic area is a bit small but very clean. No long waits. Reasonable pricing.I recently received the news that my 8yr old cat was DIABETIC. I was so devasted and heartbroken. The staff and Drs were so comforting and very supportive. Anytime I had questions or concerns they were always available. My cat is doing great with close monitoring. They took good care of my litte man Highly recommend for those looking vet in this area and worth to drive here even from distant .

This vet did not give post surgical instructions. Came in at the pick up time specified and the staff had not printed the paperwork or had it signed by vet. Staff was friendly enough. Vet appeared knowledgable. Expensive. Extra charge on everything including fluid during surgery.

I read the one negative reviews written below and kept looking but when I asked a friend she recommended the Bishopgate Animal Hospital, so trusting her experience I made an appointment. Sure enough I found the vet -Dr. Randhawa is very pleasant, helpful and well informed. My cat was about to do some long distance traveling and she offered a lot of good advice and even looked up and printed all of the necessary paper work for me. I talked to a lady in the waiting room and she also spoke very highly of this place so I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a vet!

I just recently switched vets and I went there for the first time, to get my pup checked out, as well as getting her booster shots. Dr.Randhawa was very caring and took his time with her. He explained everything he was doing. The prices are reasonable. I have already booked my appointment for my pup, to get her spayed. I am also going back there again with my other dog to have him checked out and prepare for heartworm season. The place is very clean, staff is very friendly. I also recomended all my friends to come here

I had a good experience taking my dog there. The vet and tech were very thorough, and answered any questions. My dog is a bit of a "chicken" at any vet and needs to wear a muzzle while being examined, and they provided one for him to wear. My only complaint is that it was way too hot in there!! Trying to hold a terrified dog in that heat had me almost passing out, and the dog was pretty close to having heat stroke I'm sure!! Turn down your heat in winter, and crank the air in the warm weather please :) Other than that, great vet facility!!
