This clinic seems to be after the money people hand over for thier pets! Always knew they were a bit more expensive, but figured my pet was worth it. Dr. Sutherland is amazing, however he doesn't seem to be there much anymore. If he was, I'd have requested him all the time! Other vets pushing for you to spend money despite not having it to spend. Told them repeadly I couldn't spend that kind of money. This last illness my pet had I was pushed to the point where I doubted my pet was that sick and that the x-rays I was looking at weren't hers. They never worked with me on a payment plan, and I had to wait over 5 hrs one day for a vet to call me back, and another time I waited over 48 hrs for a call back. Never got one. I have left this clinic for another one to care for my fur family memeber.
