Sadly brought our dog to be groomed here today by Alex.We were very upset with the outcome. Nothing that we asked for even with a picture to go by. This was her second grooming at this boutique. She was terrified going in. When we picked her up we were told she was well behaved so hard to understand why she was cut so short. She was combed out well with few mats before we brought her. Hardly any hair left on her ears now. Looking at her now, she is not a very good advertisement for your salon. Seemed like a rather spiteful job. Won’t be back for sure. I’m hoping there are other groomers that have more time and patience to do what you want especially for the price.

We have noticed some changes in our dog such as drewling, vision impairment and weight gain. He is 9 years old so naturally he has entered senior stage. My first issues how many times you have to wait in between exams then you get charged for the waiting time as well, which is bs. Dr. Maureen did the bare minimum. Looked into his eyes and said they were fine. Same with his mouth. No bloodtests or any other screenings were ordered even though she mentioned my dog should loose weight.- i did my own research and test pertaining his eyes and he is definately blind on one eye. We will not be back. Total quick money grabb!

Never have a vet there when you need one, unable to handle ANY kind of emergency and works more like a pet store.
