Wonderful, compassionate, clean clinic with extremely patient and kind staff. From the first steps in the door until I left I felt cared for, well informed, and that whatever option I chose was not met with judgement. Highly recommend as these individuals truly care.

Really not impressed with both clinics . Staff is two faced they act like they care but talk about you behind your back . I overheard them in the back maybe they should wait until your clients are gone before you start being ignorant! They left my cat all day without looking at him because they were busy but told me to bring him in right away because he needed to seen . He was very sick and apologized that he was left all day . So he suffered with no fluids and needed medication. Ridiculous! My kitten was spayed and was brought in twice because her stomach kept coming apart but they did nothing until the third visit and took her and stapled her stomach without numbing her and she came out shaking and the staples are a jumbled mess like a three year old did it . This clinic needs to remember why they wanted to become veterinarians and have some compassion for our animals . I won't be returning don't be fooled by the staff pretending to be nice and helpful it's a joke .

I could not be more happy that I was able to find this Vet Clinic. My experience from when I dropped Carl off to me waiting for them to Call me has been amazing. I would highly suggest them for any surgical or day to day vet needs.

I was looking after my "grand dog" for my daughter when he became very ill. As he is a 4 pound teensiest dog, I was very concerned. I called a couple of other vets in Spruce Grove and was given the brush off. I called Tri Municipal and a lovely young lady was as concerned as I was. She immediately got hold of the vet and even though they were booked solid, they would make the time to see him. Wonderful and very kind people

Awesome clinic! I have seen both Dr. Rob and Dr. Vanessa and each time they were both warm, friendly and very knowledgable. The staff is great too! I appreciate that this clinic takes the time to really address my concerns and response with current and relevant advice. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone. Beautiful office as well.

I had heard AMAZING things about this clinic on a local chat site so decided to try them out! I have never met such a compassionate, kind, and easy-going vet in my life. My dog was quite ill and Dr. Rob not only made him much better, but also explained everything to me and followed up a few days later. This is a clinic that really cares. Highly recommend!!!!

I came to this vet clinic after hearing rave reviews, and after going in, I have NO idea why they are so positively reviewed!! The girl at the front desk, (I think her name was Kylee??) was confused and didn't seem to know how to do her job. While Dr. rob was on time for our appointment, he was socially awkward in room with me and even had the gall to try and discipline my son who is 2 and was walking around the room just being a kid!! I was blown away... He also did such a brief exam, and kept forgetting the reason I was in and talking about unrelated things like food and training. Not impressed and I will not return.

I have taken both my dog and cat to this clinic.Dr Rob is great and really knows his stuff! I have taken my dog here for ear infections and also to have a lump removed surgically off her back leg and everything healed up great. I have been here numerous times and each time it has been spotless & have never waited more than a couple minutes! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Dr Rob and his clinic!

I took my dog to the Tri Municipal Vet Clinic for a teeth cleaning and to have some teeth removed. Right from the first booking phone call to the drop off and pick up of my dog, the staff were truly remarkable. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I have had dealings with both Dr.Rob and Dr.Vanessa, and I have to say that they are hands down the best Vet's I have ever been too. Their knowledge and down to earth type personalities shone through from my first meeting with them.They are priced very reasonable and they aren't out to just "make a buck". Both Dr. Rob and Dr. Vanessa are truly compassionate, caring, honest, and very knowledgeable Veterinarians. My experience with them was fantastic and I would recommend the Tri Municipal Veterinary Clinic to anyone.

The staff are friendly. Dr Vanessa Kyle is awesome. Dr Rob Kyle treats large animals and while friendly, he didn't seem to know a lot about cats. My kitten had stopped eating and he told me that maybe we were spoiling her. It turned out it was a reaction to the vaccine. With Vanessa going on maternity leave very soon, I'm just not confident enough with Dr Rob that should something happen, that he's knowledgable enough on small animals to fix it.

I found a stray cat that I planned to keep but didn't really want to invest a lot in since I wasn't even sure he was healthy. I called thus clinic and they were cheap so I took the kitty for an exam and neuter. The Dr. Rob Kyle was very arrogant and told me the cat was fine when I picked him up later and seemed insulted when I asked if the cat had ear mites since his ears looked dirty to me. He said he didn't. A few days later I had to take my new kitty to another vet because he was acting sick. Turns out he DID have ear mites and now also had an infection from his surgery. I made a huge mistake going to the Tri Municipal Clinic. Yeah they're cheap but that's obviously because they have no idea what their doing and don't care about pets at all. Thankfully my cat is now ok, no thanks to Dr. Rob Kyle.

What an awesome new vet clinic!! The staff here are all so friendly and knowledgeable... Took my dog in for his vaccinations and found out they also do large animal care which is much needed in this area! They treated both my dog with excellent care and really made me feel a part of the decision making for my pet. I will DEFINITELY be back and would recommend Dr Rob and Dr Vanessa to anyone looking for a great vet!!
