Anytime I have dealt with Dr Delaney, she has had an attitude problem.

Worst veterinary clinic ever!!! Do not go here all they care is about money. My little dog had an unfortunate accident after business hours. I had to take my little one to an emergency vet service in Burlington where they refer her to the University of Guelph where she underwent surgery. Even though Dr. Delaney was aware of my little god having surgery, nor her or anyone from her staff took even 5 minutes to call and find out how she was doing after surgery. On top of this callous behaviour from they part, I called them to ask them for a referral to a canine physiotherapy clinic, after a week I decided to call the physiotherapy clinic myself and to my surprise no-one had called from Binbrook Animal Hospital, and what is worst is that they game the appointment immediately. Dr. Delaney and her staff due to their lack of professionalism have put my dog at risk of becoming permanently disabled as her tissue has hardened around the surgery area. This is disgusting to me!

Always caring and informative. Estimates and alternatives are offered before procedures are performed. I wouldn't trust my pets to anyone else.

Great clinic! Price is comparable to any clinic in the area but they have these wellness plans that worked out for our family.
